Montie Design Lunch and Learn Series - "Resetting Your Revenue Future"

Montie Design, in partnership with the RTP Product Development Guild, is proud to present the Montie Design Lunch and Learn Series of presentation and networking events in 2011. These low-key, high-impact seminars provide networking opportunities and relevant insights to those in the business of developing and bringing to market engineered products.
The March 16 Lunch and Learn features Pam Cardozo, CEO of The Ultimate Sales Connection, presenting "Resetting Your Revenue Future" at the Montie Design studio, just south of RDU Airport in Morrisville.
The Ultimate Sales System is a strategy workshop designed to uncover challenges, opportunities, and sales systems that are needed to achieve and increase top-line revenue. This presentation will provide business leaders valuable information and insight into and centered on a systems and process approach to sales.
During disastrous economic downturns of the past what was developed was an increase in innovation, invention, productivity and systems that surpassed the successes of previous decades. In a world where seventy-five percent of all businesses are the small- and medium-sized company, there are no established playbooks or top ten lists for success. Most businesses attempt to model their companies after larger corporations. The unfortunate reality is that smaller companies do not have the time, energy or resources to accomplish what needs to be done to continue and maintain long-term success. We believe that in today’s business environment for success to occur and last there needs to be a sales system and strategy that is measurable and sustainable.
Participants are guaranteed to leave with one action item that can be implemented immediately.
Pam Cardozo is a business development strategist with an impressive 25-year work history in management, business development, sales and marketing. As an effective, results-focused leader, Pam’s incredible sales experience and consultative approach has grown top-line revenue for privately held companies as well as large public organizations such as Ceridian and FedEx Office (formally Kinko’s Corporate). Pam has proven results that have increased revenue.
The event will begin at noon and will include a catered lunch by Panera Bread (please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have dietary restrictions). There will be time for discussion and networking before and after the presentation. We will conclude about 1:15 p.m.
All proceeds from registration fees will be donated to Post 7383 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
